CODEMA has been awarded by the WAISENHAUS foundation with the project management for the new office and administration building including underground car park in the city of Frankfurt.

The owner intends to realize a green building based on an environmental design. On May 04, 2009 the project was awarded with the price for energy optimized construction 2009 - architecture with energy / "Energieoptimiertes Bauen 2009" - Architektur mit Energie by the German Ministry of Economics and Technology.
