CODEMA has been awarded by the foundation St. Katharinen- und Weißfrauenstift with the project management for the refurbishment of the nursing home in Frankfurt's Goldbergweg 85. The project includes the energy optimized refurbishment of the complete building, the modification of the 1^st floor level to a care station and modernization of the structural fire protection in the entire nursing home.
