Description of the project

In the center of Marl the Karl-Kübel-Foundation as the owner of the property with existing shopping areas is building a new shopping mall. The new building will replace the old one. With the construction of a parking deck the capacity of the existing parking area will be increased. Without the parking deck there is a gross floor space of approximately 25,000 square meters. The investment amounts to approximately 10.5 million Euro. The building construction will be carried out by a main contractor. In addition to the verification of the master builder contract before the start of the erection, CODEMA is supporting the owner throughout the whole construction period to ensure the quality as well as the progress.
