Description of the project

The former post distribution center Hafenstraße, next to the main-station of Frankfurt is being rebuilt to a data center by the project developers Groß & Partner. The complexity of this total reconstruction amounts to approximately 100,000 square meters. After a complete removal the interior rebuilding of the commercial areas will begin. On the former parking deck on the roof of the building there will be a new technology floor. In addition to the preparation of tender documents and technical support and assistance during tendering, CODEMA is, together with B & S Consulting, responsible for the local supervision of the construction including the claim management as well as for the time scheduling- and cost control.
