Description of the project

The project covers the turnkey construction of a complex of production- and administration buildings in the chemistry park in Saxony-Anhalt for the Heraeus Quarzglas GmbH. The project will be carried out in several steps. The investor is using the location for the production of ultrapure synthetic quartz glass for the further processing of light ware guides. The architecturally sophisticated main building is a reinforced concrete construction with several building widths- and heights. Further components are steel or reinforced concrete constructions in different sizes which are fitted to the respective utilization requests. CODEMA is taking over the approval planning, the structural framework planning, the supporting structure planning as well as the supervision of the construction.
