Description of the project

The new administration building is an architectural enrichment of Wittenberg's townscape. The building has a half-level parking possibility, three floors, a repositioned relay floor and is a concrete construction with wooden windows and a rendered facade. In the building there are over 400 working places for the attendants. CODEMA is taking over extensive services in the structural design, especially in the planning of prefabricated building units for the prime contractor Bilfinger & Berger.
