Description of the project

CODEMA is taking over the planning of four different swimming pools in Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt, for example the swimming pools in Köthen and Meißen. The swimming pools with their architectural formation are an enrichment for the townscape. The respective buildings consist of different pool areas, a sauna zone, a gastronomic part, an outdoor area and extensive technical facilities.

The buildings are planned as steel / concrete constructions with a roof of steel and a large glass front. CODEMA is carrying out the object planning (executive planning), the outside facilities planning, the heat- and noise control proof as well as specifications.
