Opern Plaza

Construction of the office and commercial building designed by architect Florian Fischötter in the Dammtorstrasse/corner of Welckstrasse began in June 2010 and was completed in autumn 2012. Over nine floors and five basements, a total rental area of 15.630 m² has been created on a site area of only 2.203 m².

The 90-million-euro project, in the middle of Hamburg's city centre, offers tenants large, light-flooded glass facade areas thanks to its excellent corner location and an atrium in the centre of the building's floor plan that extends from the ground floor up to and including the 7th floor.

The modern and energy-efficient building was awarded the "DGNB Gold" premium award by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), which provides an objective, qualitative assessment of the sustainability of buildings throughout their entire life cycle.
